Over charged (sight installation $80), Big attitude! Brought up some concern i had, owner acted like a dictator... no question allowed. Extremely unpleasant experience. I will not return here.
Upon further inspection... the front sight has been damaged... the blade is leaning slightly to the side.. from the pic you can see a clear indication of sight pusher pushed on the blade of the front sight and caused the blade to lean slightly side way. Ohh and my gun had been fired while in their care. Not just that i can smell the gun powder, i can see the residue checking with my finger (at least cover your track...)
With the way the owner acts, i will not bother talking to him anymore... but i sure will report him to AFT

Went there and had a bad experience with the older man. The way he talked and his body language wasn't professional. His attitude needs improvement. He came across very arrogant. People choose your place to bring their business you should be more appreciative. The younger guy was nice and professional. If that's his dad he should read this and talk to him before he runs the family business into the ground.

Bought a Springfield Armory 1911 EMP which was over priced and they cheated me with giving me one 2 magazines and within a few month of using the gun the front night sight broke. By far the worst store I have ever went to and I have never gone back. Would not recommend this store to anyone

The staff were friendly enough and I was able to get the ammo I was looking for. HOWEVER, they overcharged me by about $15 per box. I wound up only getting two boxes of ammo, which should have cost around $40 (which is what I usually pay but my usual place was out of stock). I wound up paying $70 instead. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you're really desperate.

Best gun shop in Alhambra. CA sucks to buy guns in due to crazy gun laws & restrictions. But this shop has great owners and staff. If only California wasn't so ridiculous with guns.

Ive been in this shop many times with diffrent friends, but this was my first purchase and i was extreamly happy with the service they provided. There were few other customers in there at the same time and we were all just talking guns, had a great experience and will definitely come back.

Sorry to hear about the bad posts, but I've been visiting these guys off and on for years, even when they were in their past location. One of the guys who wasn't the owner disassembled and diagnosed a slide problem in less than 30 seconds. Never used them for actual smithing but I've never known them as gunsmithers. I don't think they are tooled to do any drilling or real modifying, such as for competition. I've used one of the well known gunsmithers on Valley and they ruined my forward sight. Haha. The owners are Asian. Making fun of a bro's pronunciation/enunciation is jacked. Just tell them that's messed up and see what they say.

They have the worst customer experience ever. I went to the store with my friends. They seemed like they did not want to serve us at all. They even made fun of my friends because my friends don't speak English well. Worst store ever. How can they make fun of the customer?

***WARNING***DO NOT!!!! I repeat...DO NOT!!!! COME HERE FOR GUNSMITHING. DO NOT TRUST THE OLD MAN. I called and asked if their gunsmith could install a set of Dawson Precision Adjustable Sights on Glock 34, they said come on in and "he'll take a look" I brought in my Brand New Glock 34 and after looking at it and the sights I was quoted $45 Cash Only for the installation. I agreed and after about 30 minutes or so and after seeing him looking for something on the floor I was asked to pay the $$ before being handed back my gun, I did so and then they brought back my G34 with the rear sight missing the adjustment screw so the rear sight had no tension and was loose. He said it wasn't included or was missing. BS! I open the package in the store and it had both screws(elevation and windage) I pulled out my phone and showed him what it looked like and after a brief search nothing was found. I was upset and told him that if he didn't feel comfortable installing the sights he should have told me and I would've gone elsewhere. He stuck to his story and said that if I ordered the replacement screw he'd install it for free...WOW! what a gracious offer. Fat Chance!!!! You have Been Warned!!! I cannot believe the blatant lack of professionalism exhibited by this guy. He did end up giving me back my $45 bit now I have to wait for a replacement screw. After speaking with Dawson Precision Customer Service (which was excellent) the told me that he most likely broke the screw while using a site pusher instead of the supplied nylon tipped punches. Now I have to remove the broken screw before installing the replacement.
