They were most helpful people I have dealt with in LA.
They were quick and professional.
I was sitting and anothe customer came in. They were the most interested and well informed.
If you need anything, I recommend driving and call.

THIS REVIEW IS NOT A HOAX.
This is a tier-1 shop. These guys do quality work. They will take care you.
However, they don't have a lot of time for small talk on the phone. So, if their phone etiquette is not touchy-feely it is because:
1.They spend the majority of their time working on guns.
2. They are doing quality work, which for the most part, they don't like being interrupted.
I know it sounds weird, unless it's your gun they're working on.
If you want competent individuals to work on your firearms, this is pretty much one of the best places you can go.

I called to inquire about cerakoting with a good manner and greetings and transfered to to their main guy for inquiry about cerakoting. Was so disappointed with the manner how he speak with customers.. all reviews from the site are all hoax..
