Overall Rating

Venue is designed really well. Upkeep is tip-top. Acoustics are good, but if you sit close to the stage it can be a little loud. Pretty much anywhere except directly behind the stage has a decent view of the stage. Also the revolving stage is super interesting.

This arena is Iconic! Freshly painted. The property is well maintained. Event staff and security were very helpful in guiding patrons to main entrance. Nice all around view of the arena, but leg room was kinda tight. Bag check is available for medium + size purses. Nice outdoor and indoor refreshments bars. Card-to-cash machines available. Lots of folks dressed to impress. Overall the place was clean.

Iconic Los Angeles arena, recognized nationwide, relatively modern for it's age. Workers were kind and directed you to your place when asked. Plenty of drinking options as well. The floor seating entrance was easy to get through with little to no line at all. Parking entrances however could get crowded and there's not much directions telling you where you need to go. Nothing against the arena, if your favorite artist is performing here, do not hesitate to come to this arena as it's great

The place where the artists perform and an iconic place for LA. I liked the Forum has too many entrance points, so there practically no wait lines at all, the sound inside the building is amazing and the view on outside and the inside is just amazing. Will definitely come back again for another concert. You have to visit the Forum! As for parking space, there is no worries, plenty enough at $35 per vehicle per event.

Well, this venue is historic. Went to see a concert, the lines were real long. But thay expected with all the Covid restrictions. We needed to show proof of vaccination to enter, this is a must. But inside the venue is nice. I believe they remodeled it. Its a bit snug in there, especially with the lines for concessions stands. But where ever you sit you got a good view. Parking is not cheap though. We parked where at SoFi stadium is at and payed $60, if you want to park at the Kia Forum, it'll run you $80+. But overall its a good experience. Good place to watch a concert.

Great venue friendly bar tenders and food attendees. Security was helpful and friendly. Great place for a concert not to big so seating is good all over. Parking was easy in and out.

Great venue, well organized, although some of the security folks overdid their jobs and lacked common sense. Great concert: “Soda Stereo and guests”. The sound was impressive. Had a blast with friends, sang till almost loosing our voices, danced and cheered at every song.

Overall performance venue is great just a few things i would like to point out that made it a bad experience.. like no draft beer nothing but canned beer. And out of nowhere they closed down all men's restrooms and converted them to women's restrooms and security/staff had no clue where the men's restroom got relocated to.. but as far as the actual concert itself it was great!

Love this place! Been here 2-3 times now.
Perfect annual venue for AlterEgo Concerts. Literally next to SoFi stadium. Food and drink lines are too slow, but nice to have security guards in the bathrooms.

This is a great venue, with superb acoustics. We've seen many events here over the years, but once it was converted FROM a sports venue, it's even better.

We saw The Eagles concert Saturday night, and it was awesome, of course. When the employees saw my husband struggling with walking to get around to our seats, employee Kayla told me to ask for Guest Services once we could get inside.

Kate from Guest Services could not have been more helpful! She sat my husband right down and walked me to the Guest Services podium. There, they switched our seats to the ADA area near our tickets, so my husband would not have to climb steps. Kate made sure we were moved OK, and suggested we contact them for a wheelchair at the end of the night. After the concert ended, we waited for the crowd to clear a bit, then asked for a wheelchair. Pam helped us out, pushing my husband out to the parking lot. She was really nice and helpful, too. Great customer service!

Suggestion: Have the seat maps indicate the roads as well, so customers know which is the best area to park in, which entrance to use, etc. We may have gotten a front row, handicap parking space based upon seating chart, however, the seats were around the corner!!
