Purchased a few guns from them. I myself am a new gun buyer and these people have helped me understand the law and answer any questions I have. Super friendly and professional. I got to other gun stores and i ask for parts and pieces and they have no clue but these guys always help me find what I need. Can't recommend them enough.
They just sit down and pretend they are doing something. If you ask to see something they act like you are bothering them. I just went down the street to Turners for someone to show me more options and better deals. I like helping small businesses if they show customer care

Great customer service, honest pricing. During 2020, While everyone else was charging thru the roof for ammo and guns, Cap tactical stuck to their values and delivered their products at fair cost. Not to mention their patience. It’s not easy owning a gun shop in CA, but they seem to persist with resilience & deliver to support our constitutional rights. Glad there’s a solid gun shop in the South Bay

Excellent experience, friendly staff, great selection. You can find items here not carried by the larger company down the street which is amazing and allows you to have options. It’s great to have them serving the South Bay. Also they update their inventory on their Instagram as it comes in which is definitely helpful if you’re looking for that specific item. Definitely recommend this spot.

I would give zero stars if I could. First visit about a year ago was decent, got some sarcasm and attitude in response to questions asked about their selection, but it was no big deal. Second visit was recent, went in to ask if they had Springfield XD's. The guy rolled his eyes and said "sure, let me wave my magic wand". Don't even try this place. Can't even ask questions without getting attitude, not to mention prices are high for the most basic stuff. There's basically no inventory, they never have anything in stock, and the dude is a straight up jerk. There are far more pleasant places to visit than this establishment of unspeakably repulsive human beings.

Took my FSC test here. Walked me through the steps of purchasing a firearm here was able to get my first gun at this store. They don't price gouge, and first come first serve. Great staff and good selection. Follow their instagram for in stock weapons.

Hands down the best gun shop in South Bay! Super friendly, knowledge oriented staff. They were very helpful to me as a first time buyer. Awesome place they had what I had been waiting for from a different gun shop , it was fast Roy and Xavier are way cool and helpful that's very important to me when I'm buying a product the customer service. Again this place is awesome I give it 5 stars and two thumbs up????????

A couple days before the shelter in place order started in California I made a purchase at CAP Tactical Firearms. Stock of most firearms were already very low and Bill was kind enough to let me order something off of an incoming order as they didn't have what I wanted on hand at the time. Long story short they went above and beyond in helping me to secure my purchase. It did take a while but at no fault of theirs.
Any future firearm purchases I make will be thru Bill at his shop. They give the time and attention that is hard to find these days. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.
