I loved this bar because they make delicious custom cocktails, but I came here last night and didn’t feel welcomed at all. The vibe was weird. Me and the person I was with were not acknowledged for several minutes. The two bartenders just looked at us while one of them made a drink for himself. I wasn’t greeted nor was I asked what I would like. After waiting for a while I said out loud “is someone going to ask me what I want?” Only then did another bartender come by and ask me if I’ve been helped. Me and the person I was with were the only black people in this place and I did not like my experience at all. I really want to come back, but maybe I should on a different night when there are different bartenders working. I came here during the summer last year and really enjoyed my experience. The bartender that served me was so nice and made great drinks during that time…. Not sure what what happened since then.

Molly Malone's was closed and the Kibitz Room was too much further.

About the best thing to say is they have the weakest cocktails closest to the Writers Guild building on Fairfax and Third. But don't expect to find the Coach and Horses reincarnated. Neither Orson Wells nor F. Scott Fitzgerald would have been caught dead in this place.

The Grey Goose martini tasted like dishwater and made both of us sick. Even a plain Coca-Cola from the gun was flat and over-syrupped.

The black and white photographs of mid-20th century Hollywood icons were interesting but the rest of the decor was odd (e.g. repro Tiffany-style lamp sconces with 80s style granite counters and too-clean copper (tin?) looking ceilings.

The music was outright schizophrenic -- Sinatra, acoustic Dylan, and Johnny Cash.

And why is there an ATM there if the bar doesn't take cash?

Bottomline, a 'blue collar' cocktail bar isn't an achievement in ironic watering hole naming, it's an oxymoron. A tall boy of PBR in a brown bag has more of a working-man's vibe.

Just say no.

I LOVE this bar. Serves incredibly delicious cocktails with fresh squeezed citrus juices. It smells heavenly as you enter and you keep drinking... Because the fresh juices in your glass make all the difference... Give it a try.

Received a very friendly message from the Club Director thanking me for my review and addressing my concerns over the loud music. It's great to see a business that still cares about the feedback of their patrons!

The ambiance was great, the service was awesome, the wine was on point, the empanadas were meh and the sliders had too much mayo. Go for drinks but skip the food.

Awesome place for a happy hour with the crew, especially when you want to have lots of wine selection. Leave your credit card at the front, and you're given a pass to rack up a tab on a little "press pass" that you carry around. There's still some obvious new weirdness that needs to be worked out but the staff is friendly both in the area that food is served and at the tasting counters themselves.

Visiting from Georgia and came in to meet a friend at the bar. Im super impressed with the cocktails from the bartender, Southie. Literally anything I asked her about she was able to replicate. Great spot!

Me and my friend were served by what we thought was a polite bartender who then came outside to tell us it was rude for not tipping. We ordered one simple drink and it was absurd for this person to act in such an unprofessional way. I do not recommend this bar!

Came here last Monday night and had the best time with my boyfriend! It was slow, maybe 7 or so other people throughout our stay. I got moscow mules and the candied ginger was to die for! I really like their concept of no menu and hope to return some time soon!
