The courtyard had a great ambiance! Good selection of drinks and food. Reservation recommended. There appears to be a 2-hr limit. We had a 6pm reservation on a Friday evening, and were asked to clear the table at 8pm.

A great place for a date night and/or to hang out with friends. The outdoor patio has positive vibes, music, and hanging string lights.

::Drinks::
I'm in love with the No Cap cocktail!! It's tequila, alma tepec, lime, and tepache. I also tried the Mateo Street Margarita but I liked No Cap more. The Yo La Tengo was strong, I wasn't a fan of the grapefruit. Newest Old Fashioned and Billions was not bad, it doesn't have a fruity taste.

:: Food::
I can't stop thinking about the Patty Melt, it's the best!! The sourdough bread was toasted to perfection, prime beef chuck was so juicy, and flavorful!! I want more!! We also got the Single Burger which was unforgettable too. It didn't look special but once you take a bite you will know what I mean. The fries were also a hit!

::Dessert::
You must order the Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookie. It was served fresh and warm. It was crisp on the edges, chewy, and soft.

::Customer Service::
The staff was very attentive. They were always checking on us to see if we needed anything. Our drinks and plates were taken right away once we were done.

::Highlight::
-Jenny the Manager was very kind and accommodating.
-The No Cap cocktail, Patty Melt, Single Burger, and the Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookie!

::Tip::
Make sure to make a reservation because they get busy

::Notes::
-Indoor and Outdoor Seating
-Parking: Valet, Lot, Street

This is the type of bar that does the typical DTLA bartender scam. Before being seated for the watch party Super Bowl, an attendee must have a card on tab to keep the table.

End of the night comes and our waitress claims we never provided a debit card (even though a card needed to be held in order to reserve a table). The waitress then states that it was our fault for 1.) not providing the credit card. 2.) losing it.

After 30 minutes of the waitresses supposedly looking for the credit card that was “never provided” and “lost” by our party, the owner comes to us and tells us the credit card was found on the floor. Again, the inconsiderate staff here assumes you’re too lit to remember that you’ve provided them a card. DTLA waiters do this to double charge, up-tip, and mess with your bill with the pretense that they “never received a card”. This establishment has to be the least trustworthy restaurant I have patron in a very long time.

SLEEZY, CHEAP, and SCAMMING bartenders. Be aware!

The food is very salty - good with beer but probably not good for your health. My favorite to not favorite part in sequence 1) lobster bread (slightly sweet), 2) chili (good with crispy bacon bits, 3) hot dog (super salty - not edible by itself).

The dining experience was 10/10. From the kind security guy at the door to the flawless service we’ve experienced at the patio. The single burger was the most precise burger I’ve tasted, so simple so good! The micheladas are a must!

Look, before Everson Royce Bar was my bar, Tempest was my bar; I'm a dive bar kind of dude at heart, and I appreciate a $2 draft PBR more than most. If I'm having a drink with an old friend or wanna sip whiskey by myself, I'm still going to Tempest. But if I want to meet a social or professional contact or go on a date? It's gonna be Everson Royce Bar every single time. Sure, it's a little pricey, but the decor is beautiful, the staff are all amazing, the music is great, and the drink selection has yet to disappoint.

We needed a quick drink and bite before a show in the Arts District and ERB did not dissapoint! The bar food menu was elevated and deliciously executed! The potato taquitos were so good we had to order a second plate! The portions are not huge and the prices are reasonable so you can share several items and really experience the creative spin on their options! The oatmeal chocolate chip cookie was delicious! It was a Saturday at 5:30 and it was bustling out on the enclosed patio, which has a lively ambiance! We had great service from everyone from security, hosting, servers, to management. The cocktails looked amazing, so I will definitely be back to try some of those offerings next time!

Dope vibes on a Friday night: good drink selection + great staff. If you're outside, the patio can get very loud, however, so be aware. But definitely worth a visit if you're in the Arts District.

Fun place to drink and/or eat in the Arts District. Made a reservation for 9:30 on a Saturday, and since we had a group of 10, we were split into 6 and 4. We were originally sat at opposite corners, but the employees were super helpful once we requested to be sat at tables next to each other and everything worked out! The tables are outdoors though there is the bar and a couple of small booths indoors. There are three single occupant gender neutral bathrooms in the hallway and there was always a short line. Credit cards are accepted - you have to put one down at the start of your time (we had 90 mins) but they can divvy up the bill among different cards once you close out. Street parking or there’s a paid lot next door.

The burger is simple but really tasty. The fries are standard and have ketchup and an aioli on the side. The mango lassi drink (with vodka) was served in a paper cup which I thought was a little weird but the drink was smooth and well blended, so c’est la vie. The aperol spritz was a bit too licorice-y for my taste, but my friend liked it.

Overall, it’s a chill spot to hang in a big group or when you want some good late night food with your drinks.

Probably one of the safer options if you want to go out for a patio drinking experience. They have screens separating each table and have a pretty strict reservation guideline.

We got lucky- had an early dinner at Bestia and snuck over to try our luck, we got turned away because we didn’t have a reservation but the hostess found us outside (as we tried to figure out plan b) and said they had a one hour opening for us to grab a few drinks. Bar hopping is definitely a thing of the past now guys! ????????

Anyway drinks were strong and came out pretty fast. Tables spaced apart with screens and didnt take away from the cute outdoor patio (not as cute as before but you know)
