The stars are mostly for the DJ and the cute door guy. Went this past weekend and the service was AWFUL. the guy bartender seemed drunk and made drinks so slow. As a person that has bartender before, the more orders you take the more money you make. This guy was so unorganized and would pause to take a shot or laugh it up with bar backs and servers. Waiting for him to take my order made me want to close my check. On top of that a friend's check was triple my check and we ordered around the same amout of drinks.
The female bartender finally served me and it wasnt until I was half way through my drink when the guy bartender finally asked me what I wanted.
Also, with low ceiling can you really set anything on fire?
Cool themed bar in Los Angeles, CA.The atmosphere is awesome! Good drinks and great service. The only downside is the parking. Street parking only.

This is a cool spot but I felt like there was a lack of communication with our server. We requested shots and when we received them we weren’t sure if the tequila was well or top shelf. Our server didn’t ask or bother to clarify before she sent in the order to the bar. Later on when we received the bill there was no itemized receipt! That was a little suspicious, as my friends and I believe we were overcharged. Thankfully the credit receipt we did receive though showed that there was added on gratuity.

This is a fantastic bar/club. The bartenders have a great menu and know/care to make a proper high quality cocktail at a reasonable price. A must visit. Also it is located in the alley behind OHotel.

Nice and fancy ambiance.. drinks were great and good to give a buzz. I went here for happy hours and tried beer ampler and grog sampler. Gorg were delicious and I would say worth the money. I reduced one star because I think they should have more food options for happy hours; they just have nachos and they were good though. Rest I would say good place to go hang out with your girls in evening.

Came here for a private event. Never would have known about it otherwise. Bartenders were exceptional both in manner and skill. Conversation was plenty while the bartender made suggestions and crafted some magic cocktails. Felt like a great spot to get good service and quality drinks.

McCrae was wonderful, and his mixologist and bartenders were a delight. Incredible place. Incredible drinks. Highly recommend for a romantic drink out.

My friends and I were having a drink at the Queensberry. I went to order a second drink and the bar tender informed me that the bar was closed but I could go next door and order one. I went next door, realized I forgot something and tried to return to my friends sitting in the first bar. However, the door was locked and I could not return to my party. I explained what had happened to a bar tender but he informed that where my friends were sitting was closed and I would have to wait for my friends to be kicked out to be reunited. Given that there was no cell service in the bar this was problematic. Even if I had gone outside to message them, they would not have received the text. I would have understood if the bar had asked us to move, but to direct me to new bar, not inform me that I would be locked out, and refuse to reunite me with my party was unacceptable.

What a fun spot! I love how there are two separate areas - bar/lounge is great if you want to chat
The rainbow dancing area has some good jams and there is another bar there!
Two bars is better than 1!
They do have table service and I suggest ordering more than one drink as they aren't too strong.
How to find this spot:
You literally walk along the block until you see a small alley way "Figueroa" and it looks very sketchy but there will be bouncers who will greet you in.
Dress code is hip casual :) but I appreciate when people dress up.

New speakeasy bar with amazing bartenders in dtla! Same amazing team from The Association. Love this spot! The only bar in the USA that has whiskey from every state! They have happy hours Wednesday thru Saturday 5-10pm! Small plates, $5 beer, $10 wine, & $3 off signature cocktails. The tater tots are to die for!
