Got a bad cart that leaked and ruined my pen and also had leaked in my mouth. Was promised a phone call and/or email and it’s been about a month and no one has reached out to me. I called about 2-3 times and left a voicemail but I’m pretty sure they blocked my phone # after some point. Also DM’d the owner on Instagram and was ignored. Really hate the customer service is bad. :(
