This was my first time in the LA store, I’d been to the Santa Barbara one a few months ago. This store was good, cool selection, clean, and organized. Zach was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thanks for a great experience!

Blue mail Brandee was very friendly, greeted with a smile and helped answer questions on RSO and Breeze tabs. She also was very patient even though the store cash register systems kept failing on (4/20), good employee that keeps the customers comfortable.

The store is pretty and the staff is nice. Everything is very overpriced however. You can go to almost any other store and find the same stock for almost 1/3 cheaper.

Place has a really vast selection. Wasn’t really too happy with the person who was helping me out. Didn’t really answer my questions or help me find what I was looking for. At checkout, I saw a coupon for ‘20% your first visit’ on the counter. I asked the clerk if I could use it and she said no only on the next visit. I thought that was pretty wack. Not sure what kind of place makes coupons that say ‘first visit’ then doesn’t let you use it on the first visit. ????

5/5. Quentez approached me immediately to see what he could help me with, and was kind enough to check my history to find the right product that I was looking to buy. He found it, waited fir me to use the atm, and rang me up, while sparking nice conversation. He was patient and kind. He made my experience more enjoyable than I expected and it's more reasons why I love coming here

Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Melissa who was absolutely awesome and super helpful. Every time I come here, the employees really know their stuff and they are genuinely trying to make sure I get what I’m looking for and leave happy. Definitely the place to go!!
Stephen (the employee who assisted me last time) was not only super nice but he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful while taking care of me at the shop. I am definitely going to be a regular customer!!

My new favorite dispensary in the area. Plenty of parking, great selection on products, solid prices and special deals going on every day. The staff is consistently helpful and friendly too. 5 stars!

Melissa did a great job of explaining all of the different varieties, selections, and options of strains and brands. Her display of expertise matched with an endearing kindness made me feel as if I was a regular who’s just returning for my usual conversation and not just purchasing convenience. I actually am somewhat of a regular customer but I really felt like one today. And that’s what matters.

I have been won over as a customer of Cannary West; I first came when I found out the store had a partnership with Higher Standards, which itself had just opened a store near my office in Malibu, CA.
I was even more excited when I came to visit and saw the thoughtful layout, menu screens, and wide selection of products that I liked (Bakers Cannabis, Apothecanna, and Raw Garden in particular) as well as other brands I had recommended to my own friends and family.
The staff is knowledgeable, and the store is always clean and bright, and inviting. And they take credit cards! (Though, call ahead and make sure your card is accepted; If not they have an ATM on sale with low fees.)
