I just moved to LA. not the best experience. when I walked in literally all the employees were yelling and being so loud. i came in looking for pre rolls, bud, and stiiizy. didn’t have the pre-roll packs I was looking for, no disposable stiiizys and the bud was overpriced. Tried to upsell me without even giving me good customer service. The names of the strains are on the wall scrolling and you are expected to read it and choose that way. I only bought bud because it was late and I didn’t pay for an Uber there for nothing, however I definitely won’t be back.

Lacey is the most genuine person I’ve met! My sister recommended this place to me, but Lacey is the reason I come back. I don’t know much about dispensaries … or thc lol but I trust her good judgement and patience to help me when im purchasing gifts for my friends haha!! Thank you Lacey!

Lacey was so professional and phenomenal, she took her time to help, explained everything so well and made such a pleasant experience! Can’t wait to come back. Also Rudy is great too give them both raises please and thank you.

I went in last weekend with some friends...Kayla and Martin were so extra helpful! We are from out of town and they both made us feel right at home with all the kindness and right advice. Thank you LBC for having awesome bud tenders. It really matters.

There are many dispensaries in L.A. but none like this one. The selection of flowers, edibles, concentrates and cbd products is extensive and of high quality with great pricing. That being said, the highlight here are the employees. From security and check in to the staff. They are knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Very compassionate individuals with amazing personalities. I have been coming here for almost 10 years and it's the people that keep me coming back.

OMG this place is literally amazing! Walking in this store feels like you’re hanging out with family. Everyone here is so welcoming and delightful. I especially love Miles. I think he may be the manager or something. He’s super cool, he always tells me about the great deals and makes sure I get to take advantage of them. He really looks out for me, this is next level customer service. Lynnett and other team members I’ve met here are always super warm and welcoming too! ❤️ Their prices are super fair, and they have a really good selection. They also have some really great discounted happy hour deals daily! They have plenty of parking, and there’s never a long wait. Love this place! ????

Love this place! Such a nice shop with beautiful people! Always the best nugs and good edibles too! Bud tenders are all so sweet. Kayla helped me out she knew exactly what I wanted!

Everyone wasextra nice... Even the guy cleaning the street out front... except for the woman helping me behind the counter. It was my first time in there and she didn't seem happy to help me and seemed a bit frustrated when I was taking a little longer to decide whatbibwanted.. I wasn't even in the store that long. Being concious of people taking a little bit more time to decide is always appreciated; feeling rushed when shopping at a dispensary is one of the most annoying things. I spent $70 no thankyou for my tip and I watched the other customer get a "second visit" card which was not offered to me The weed was quality though. Weed 10/10.

Absolutely love the vibe here at La Brea Collective. The flower is amazing and the service is top notch. I’ve been to my fair share of dispensaries but the budtenders here are by far the most knowledgeable. Not to mention, there is a parking lot which is already premium considering we’re in LA. Thanks so much for an amazing experience!
