When I first walked in I go to the front desk and I am ENTIRELY IGNORED by the employees. I stood directly in front of the desk, was glanced at by the employee and security guard sitting there, and it took about 20 seconds of me standing there before I had to ask them myself to do the job they’re hired to do and assist me, super unwelcoming. When I got to the budtender, the products were very average and priced okay but could be better. After I left I had realized something about a grinder they had sold to me… IT WAS USED. I didn’t get the chance to look at the grinder it was rather just brought upon with the rest of my batch and I went on my way. It was very obviously used. The grinder had ash left on the inside, scratches all over, stains on the inside, and the metal was sticky and would not unscrew and I was charged $15 for it. I call the shop the next day and they gave the phone to the manager who said to me that he “highly doubted” that it was used because they don’t sell any used products instead of taking my word for it and I was told that I could not get refunded for it and I could only get an exchange. An exchange for what? Another dirty used grinder? I’m good. extremely disappointed in the customer service from this spot never coming back
I asked for a Jack Herer preroll, the lady gave me Charge by Candescent, a $20 joint, it burned down right before my eyes. Didn't get a single hit. Will never go back.

I thought in going to this store but after see all reviews I let it go and choose another store with better customers service

Great selection and great, informative staff… I guarantee the few negative ratings were either from bots or competitors…

VERY RUDE staff. The way the security guard spoke to me was so disrespectful and just rude. I hope he is ashamed but I don't think he's capable of that.

Okay let me preference this by saying i was frequent customer of this place and would still be if not for there horrifying treatment of people.
They have pretty average weed and the prices vary from 25 to $90 for the eighth. you can actually get much better deals for stronger quality at “THE GREEN VILLAGE” dispensary down street.
They have a beautiful Aesthetic that i really enjoyed, like a mac store when you walk in. which may explain there astronomically high prices.
Now to the trigger that prompted this review and why i’ll never give them business again. This place has absolutely no loyalty to there customers or any symbolism of customer service. I was verbally mistreated by there security at the front door because he would not accept my ID. very rudely he told me that i could not speak to the manager and or any other security that i’ve seen in the past. I had a valid physical copy that has been accepted at this place as well as multiple businesses and state officials before. this was upsetting enough but when I went to retrieve my ID the physical hard copy that the security requested i have, he turned me away and said that quote “i won’t be shopping here today” WOW! the fact that they let security be this rude to guests in the beginning during our initial dispute is bad enough. But now to be turn away for no reason at all feels like a violation of my rights, as a medical marijuana user with a disability I will be taking it further then this review but i also want the public to be aware that this place does not value your business.
Again don’t waste your time and money for a cute aesthetic!! go to “The Green Village dispensary” down the street, they have the same stuff.

They are dishonest about their payment system. They say you can use debit cards or cash, but it’s actually cash only. If you use a debit card they just stick it in a portable ATM, so you get overcharged for the product you are buying (they round the price up), hit with ATM fees from the ATM you didn’t know you were using, and an additional fee from your bank. I didn’t find this out until I looked at my bank statement. Three weeks, a disputed charge, and several hours on the phone with Chase later, I finally figured out that this place is what caused such a huge headache. How about just be honest about how much you are charging and exactly how you are charging your customers.

This store is amazing! So new, so clean. Very organized. They have a great selection of edibles and flower. The staff is very nice too. They have an ATM on the premises and offer a discount for first time patients.

A great overall experience! Was in Los Angeles for 2 days and decided to look for a local dispensary for when I hit the road. The process was quick, but very informative, and loved the insight and communicative nature of the staff there! Really made me feel like I was more than just a patient or customer. Mt bud tender was super helpful and informative.
I would love to visit here again, and I highly recommend it.

Professional clean and a great selection. I really enjoyed my time here. The staff answered our questions and they had exactly what we wanted.
