My Favorite Store in LA! Every time I come to town I visit the store and I am blown away by the design and customer service.

This dispensary has something for everyone. Fair prices, weekly deals, and knowledgeable staff to help you make your selections when you’re unsure. It caters to low tolerance (good selection of CBD heavy products), high tolerance of course, and medicinal leaning products as well. It is beautifully curated... Whoever is running this place knows what they’re doing. I have never left empty handed and often try new products that I end up loving because the staff makes great recommendations. I haven’t gone to another dispensary in months and don’t see that changing anytime soon! Hot tip- they deliver ;)

I was on a brief trip to LA and I wanted to visit a dispensary and inquire about CBD products for arthritis. I first visited Cookies and was very disappointed with the lack of customer service and overpriced selection. I then went to Serra and had a wonderful experience. Amanda provided high quality customer service and patiently answered all my questions. I felt heard and seen, unlike my experience at Cookies. I sincerely recommend Serra. They will provide a personalized and informative experience!

Purchased about $1000 of product from the company, Just placed another $340 order as well. Just moved from Canada and changed my phone number, simply wanted to update the delivery driver with my new US phone number and was treated with such disrespect and attitude over the phone. For sure won’t be ordering from here again, yikes!!

My favorite dispensary by far! Everyone was super friendly and I really liked how all the items were displayed. The aesthetics of this place was lovely. I can’t wait to go back next time I’m in Los Angeles!

Serra is one of my favorite dispensaries that is a great fit for being your weekly go-to, or one to show off to your friends and family when they're in town! I was shocked to see how low the prices are given how lux the shopping experience is. They always seem to be running great deals as well. The selection of flower, edibles, and concentrates is well curated and the staff is super knowledgeable and helpful!

Where to even start…. Serra dispensary is such a breath of fresh air. Everything from the vibe, the staff, the product selection is IMMACULATE. This dispensary is so warm, welcoming & educational - truly a shop for everyone from all walks of life & all levels of cannabis knowledge/experience.
My personal favorite brand is Old Pal & they carry their entire selection including full flower, prerolls, vapes & preground “ready-to-roll” kits.
I cannot say enough great things about this shop - 10/10 recommend to EVERYONE! ????

Took a trip from Dallas to LA and wanted to see the hype of Dispensaries since their isn’t any in Texas. They showed MAD love the El Blunto w the glass tips eliminate roaches and easier to smoke! ????????

I visited Serra on a recommendation from a colleague who mentioned how beautiful the store was and I’m glad I made the trip over. Serra really is a well merchandised store and the uncluttered displays mixed with the well-labeled product makes it both pleasant and easy to shop. I had the fortune of having Chantel as my Sales Associate (or should I say my Cannabis Guide) and she seemed to know everything about the different varieties. That was so helpful to have as a first time customer. Chantel was super patient with all the questions I kept asking and her attention made it feel like I was the only customer in the place and that she wanted to make sure I would be happy with my purchase. Amazing customer service and really beautiful shop. I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends and make the trip again myself!

Probably the best experience I've had in a California dispensary. Totally familiar with SERRA in Oregon and they've taken it up a notch in California. I can't resist the yummy gumdrops.
