Lone Wolf Cigar Company Reviews

Humidor looked nicely stocked but if there’s a lounge here, I never saw it! After asking where I can smoke a cigar around 10pm - they close at 11pm, the employee referred me to a different establishment. I guess it was too late for him to bother with me ... ?

Went in to ask about the products and at first the dude was nice, johny, but then when i asked what these products are made of he kicked me out... Long story short, overpriced plastic pipes & basic cigars :/

Great. The manager found out about me, offered me selections in my price, refused my invitation to up-sell and oversell me, fitted me with a $50.00 Italian pipe and a selection of tobaccos; most importantly he treats prince and pauper alike (as princes), indicting his wisdom, class and humanity. He’s my tobacconist for life.

Nice selection, terrible parking, higher than average prices, had to direct us to a hotel rooftop bar blocks away because there is no lounge for sitting and enjoying one's purchase. Can't even smoke outside the store because there are restaurants nearby.

High-end cigar store that reflects Santa Monica promenade's nouveau riche character, while providing a good selection and pleasant service, at higher than average prices.

One of the best cigar shops I’ve visited! Told the guy what I’ve had a taste for in the past and my price range, and he picked out the perfect cigar for me. Definitely a shop worth visiting.

Severely over priced. I even went to buy some cigars from the same manufacturer at three other stores around Los Angeles and they were all cheaper! Also this place charges like $500 for membership and no complementary ANYTHING! A place for high-end suckers.

Other than that they do have a vast selection...more than many others and the front desk service is excellent! Good place to run and buy and be done within 5 mins. Be careful of the street signs though, because they have no onsite parking. You can also park in the huge structure across the street too.

I recently became a member at this fine establishment. In a nutshell, staff is outstanding as they anticipate your needs. They are friendly without being obtrusive. If you need to be left alone, the staff respects that.
The room is dark which does not make it an ideal spot to read. However, that is a minor point.
Good sized humidor if you need to purchase a cigar. Cigars tend to run into the more popular blends. Would to see a more varied boutique selection.
The members I have met have been friendly and welcome new blood to their crew.
I believe a food and alcohol component would be a nice touch but does not distract from the overall design of the club.
Overall, it a great place to smoke, have a conversation and meet new friends.

Good store if you smoke a pipe. They had a good selection of pipes and it was well priced. The service was friendly. They had a decent amount of different tobaccos. Only thing that kept it from 5 stars was there was nowhere to sit in store and smoke.
