Another chill coffee place if you're in DTLA , they open at 7. My tangerine ginger iced tea was refreshing, had zero caffeine and doesn't come with sugar .My friend had a Cortado and said it was ok and also banana bread.

Cute and chic coffee and wine shop, loved the pour over coffee and sausage breakfast burrito, the potatoes in it were delightful and the salsa was a great addition. The space and design made it a perfect spot to hang out as it transitions to a wine bar in the afternoon as well.

My coffee and quiche were fantastic! I got a cafe au lait which the barista did a great job making, and a mushroom quiche which was one of the best quiches I've ever had. Better some in full restaurant settings. The service was great - baristas were charismatic and even checked up on how I enjoyed the food. I don't expect that at a cafe so I was pleasantly surprised!

A great place for breakfast. Good coffee keeps on coming (top it off?). I had the eggs and corned beef hash. The hash is home made and the best. The eggs were good and the biscuit was fluffy and tasty. A really good place for breakfast. Still looks like the place from the movie Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. Many pictures abound. Go there.

Stopped in for breakfast and was delighted with Cognoscenti Coffee. Bold iced lattes are a must have to cut the humid air. The bakery goods did not disappoint. The location is great if you want to take your food/coffee to go and enjoy the nearby square It is easy to do.

We stayed at LEVEL and were so happy to find this wonderful coffee shop right next door. We had many different drinks there and they all were delicious! Oat milk latte was the best I had during our 3 weeks trip in California, Almond milk iced latte, Oat milk cortado, Oat milk Matcha latte and espresso were fabulous as well. We’ll definitely come back again!

Fantastic little coffee shop right next to a fantastic hotel. The coffee bean is on the sour side though so if you are used to Starbucks, this is probably not a good place for you to visit. Plenty of seating areas.

Sadly my latte came like this. Perhaps would've been expected if this was from Starbucks but for a place claimed as an espresso bar, this place could use more training for their staff. Additionally, the flavor was subpar. I cannot taste the aroma and intensity of a good espresso but more like drinking a cup of milk. The experience was very disappointing.

This coffee spot is simply great. It's a nice place to go and get some work done or meet up with a friend over coffee/tea and a bite.

I ordered some tea and egg in a hole. I asked for my egg to be fully cooked because I just can't tolerate the runny yolk like many others can. I enjoyed it.

This place has simple food, great tea and a relaxing ambiance. What more can you ask for from a coffee shop?

Great drip coffee and mushroom quiche. I am usually not a fan of quiche but this quiche was perfect. Nice and creamy, spot on with salt.
