Like another commentor below, I found the staff here rude. Coffee was fine but there are great coffee places everywhere now. I don't need anymore rudeness in my life.

Absolutely loved the Brad Pitt, one of the best lattes that I've ever had. If this is your first time at balcony I highly recommend trying it out!

I always enjoy coming here. Great tea and good food. I tried the egg salad sandwich and I have to say it was delicious. This isn't a mushy egg salad. This is huge chunks of egg with "omg" bacon on it! It has a very subtle mustard seed spread that went lovely with it.

Super cute cafe! Went on a weekday around 4pm, and there was plenty of outdoor and indoor seating (the outdoor balcony is great) the entire time I was there (until around 8pm). They are open until 9pm most nights, which makes this a great place to study/get work done. I got an iced vanilla latte and it was great. Will definitely be back!

Lovely cafe with great spaces to work or chat and dividers between tables. Outdoor space. I tried the dalgona latte and it was delicious and sweet!

LOCATION / PARKING:
I coffee bar is located in a relatively quiet corner of the MaDang courtyard plaza, sharing its parking complex with many popular spots like SomiSomi or Sul & Beans, and H Mart. I Coffee Bar validates for parking so no worries on hunting for parking here!
I Coffee Bar is in a corner so we had to hunt for it once we emerged from the parking lot, it's on the first floor and it's past some of the parking lot entrances and past the Paris Baguette.
SERVICE:
Friendly and easy to get situated! We arrived on a Saturday afternoon around 3pm and had no wait to get in our orders - you can sit inside (make sure you have vaccination proof plus ID) or out on the patio overlooking Western Ave for some people watching; they'll bring your order to you either way. We went for one of the tables outside - even though the patio is next to busy Western Ave it felt cozy. There were heat lamps outside but the weather was good so no need for those!
ORDER:
We had an ICED LATTE DECAF and also a HOT LATTE (with OAT MILK sub - they have almond milk and soy milk as well for non-dairy options). The hot latte came with a lovely hearts (leaf?) design in the milk foam in a ceramic mug - iced latte was in a to-go clear cup so you can see the layers from outside.
EXPERIENCE:
We never felt rushed, it was nice to sit and read or sit and chat, and there was WIFI available as well. A nice moment away from the hustle and bustle of K town before dinnertime! Validation was easy (at the counter) too. Nice cafe experience!

Great drinks! They also have glass divider set up for big tables. The only complaint I have is that the tables are a little low for working on a laptop

We went here for a cup of coffee with my friends since we all knew they could make the best coffee we'd ever had. You may also have a delicious cup of coffee outside on the wooden benches, or just take it to go. I've gone to a few coffee shops, and this is by far the best. We were ecstatic to discover a really great coffee at a reasonable price, made by numerous excellent and courteous baristas.

Cozy and clean place. Overall taste is satisfied and the staffs are kind! Laptops are available to the outlets.

extremely questionable move by the management. I came here with two other friends, three people total, and we ordered two tea drinks, and tipped 15%. one of my friends got a boba smoothie from the store next door, and we were chillin on the table when the store employees bothered us on two different occasions on how outside drinks are not allowed, and told our friend to “either get rid of the drink or finish it quickly.” we were dumbfounded and couldn’t believe what we heard...what about the other two paying customers? straight up bad manners on their end
