Great coffee!!
Breakfast sandwich and the guacamole toast were amazing! Located in an absolutely stunning building! Plenty of outdoor seating which makes it very dog friendly!
This place has a great wine selection and the owner lives in the building.
Nice place to grab coffee or a few nice snacks. Seating inside or outside. Probably the coolest coffee shop in the area. Iced coffee, espresso, paninis, baked goods. A few seats inside, most are for outside around the building and street side. Recommended.

Opens 7am. Best morning view on S. Broadway, parklet outside masterful use of urban space. Perhaps the best avo toast in DTLA

Their hot sandwiches are pretty good but they kinda take their time to give it to you the ice teas and teas are very good and there’s good outside seating it’s almost always shaded which is good.

Great service, great paninis, and the cinnamon bun was exactly like home in Sweden ???? Good vibes and a big outside area with lots of tables

So I came in today with my coworker during our break and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of this new coffee spot. They serve Caffeine selections ( coffee and teas), baked goods, and meals. I am happy that there is finally a place that serves coffee and real food! As usual with my reviews, let me break it down.

The Best ,freshest ,smooth cup of ground coffee i've had in recent memory ! My son bought me a pound for my birthday last weekend ,I've yet to drink the wine but if it's as good as or nearly the coffee , I will be thrilled !

Manage your consumer expectations
I walk by this shop during my daily commute and have attempted to stop by to grab a coffee. There are a handful of days when they are actually open around 7:15am and typically see some employees inside, with doors locked.
Lucked out recently as they unlocked the door for me at 7:20am so I can purchase a coffee. When I asked (who seemed to be the manager) as to why hours online reflect 7a opening, if in fact they are never open at 7a - his response “I don’t know what to tell you”
It’s simple, just update your hours across online platforms to manage your consumers expectations.
Wont be returning, too bad though as they have great coffee.

Excellent ingredients, world class tastes and menu items, but the presentation puts them on top. Thier sourcing of the most freshest, vibrant & satisfying orange juice is uncanny. They are a niche coffee shop, but well rounded; and that's very Angelo.
