I enjoyed the sauna, the steam and most of all, the hot water bathing pool. The facility is super clean and the staff attentive.

Absolutely the most relaxing place
The hot tub, the steam room...
And Y.S. wad the best masseuse I've had in a while. Four of us went there to celebrate birthday and ot was a great choice

WAY overpriced. The amenities are less yet still so much more here. I don’t really understand why. In addition, there doesn’t seem to be great ventilation where they do the scrubs. There was a lack of bathmats in the stairs

The ladies specially Maria treated me so nice. The check in is super easy. You can bring your bikini if you don't want to be completely naked. ????

As per previous reviews, this place has gone straight downhill since the management and/or ownership change. Absolutely unprofessional, uncaring and oblivious staff with no concept of customer service, much less the concept of "kindness and graciousness". The locker rooms, sauna, baths and showers are filthy and run down. The place hasn't been renovated in at least a decade and is dysfunctional. The sauna benches are so old that the wood is blackened and it didn't put off heat. The spa water smells putrid and it's not a sulphur smell. The showers were cold and low pressure, and the steam room smelled rank and mildewy. The towels are old and worn out, and also smell rank. Save your time and money and try some other spas in Koreatown.

Very friendly staff, great facility, clean but I prefer the soaking hot pool to have fresher water unless they added some oils to the mix in which case: nevermind.
Massage was good but overpriced and I don't appreciate the massage tech giving clients envelopes with her name on it for gratuities. I gave a $20 tip but told myself that I likely would NOT return. Also, it's kind of expected that you wear nothing in the spa, and I just don't feel comfortable with all my junk hanging out....

Nice place, small things could use a little updating/attention to detail. But we were treated well, the massages and facials were nice, and so was the warm jacuzzi pool. Hope they turn the waterfall back on upon entry

I am so disturbed by this whole operation. The facility is not impressive, it is outdated and looks very janitorial… low quality for sure. Beyond that, I am so unnerved by the potential sketchy operations of the staff - hate to make unclear accusations but never in my life under any circumstances does it add up that spa employees would think it’s ethical or acceptable to follow customers on social media, and interact with customers on Instagram… this is so, so inappropriate I am dumbfounded. It makes me EXTREMELY skeptical of some other unsavory practices that I do believe were taking place, from female employees towards the males who went. This is an extremely seedy and nefarious facility. I recommend staying far away for safety.
