A great spot for a quick moderately difficult hike with a good view of the Sepulveda Pass and, if you're lucky, the occasional beautiful SoCal sunset.. Parking could be a bit of pain on busier days..

A nice medium slope climb up a fire road to the top of the gentle mountain.
Easy climbing for family and dogs. Just nice to see the view all around from the top of the hills.
Not crowded

My 1 year old son loved the chance to watch the cars and trucks on the 405 while walking on the trail. We didn’t make it to the top but not sure I would bother if I didn’t have a vehicle enthusiast in my group.

A hidden trail with few people, about 3 KM long, nice view of Getty center, Pacific Ocean, and as far as Palos verdes on a clear day, easy hike and gorgeous view! Bring your pets!

Nice and easy hike for an hour or so. Be careful - there are almost no shade there. You find pretty neat views on the city and on the Getty museum.

Amazing place, you only need to pay for the parking. Make sure you bring some drinks with you. Also recommended is the architecture tour

This easy hike is located at a dead end road right off the 405. This is perfect for a cardio workout. Early morning this area is in the shade and full sun throughout sunset. The entire hike took us approximately 1 hour 20 minutes with breaks and I burned roughly 669 calories. I enjoyed my hike, it was simple and not difficult on my knees. It has great views of LA, The Getty Center and you can get a glimpse of homes in Bel Air. The hike is clear but you can see the plant life regrowing from last years fires. This location is great for sunset!!!! I'm going back to see it soon.
