Awesome view of the city and very spacey (was there on a Sunday afternoon), so was easy to find a comfortable space. A couple people walk around selling things, but they don't really bother you if you don't want anything.
Great hike, but remember there is no reception there, so watch out for those rattlesnakes!

A rare gem of a trail in these hills. It’s not too crowded and there’s plenty of shade! The hike itself isn’t too strenuous, yes there is a gradual incline from the trailhead but nothing too hard to manage. Wooded trees covering the path provide respite from the heat and help you listen to nature’s sound and enjoy the walk. The trail itself is paved at times and is used by bikers as well. There is no loop to do so keep a track of the distance you’ve covered and turn back once you’re ready. Parking is somewhat limited- pay attention to the signs as there are plenty no parking areas clearly marked.

Love hiking here and doing the stairs. Nice urban hike that's convenient. Just wish people would keep their Dogs off the trails marked 'no dogs'. There are reasons they aren't allowed.

Always a gorgeous hike with good foliage and great views. Make it to the end of the trail to the fire road to connect to the air defense tower, Ridgeback trails, etc.
Lots of mountain bikes but also a good amount of day hikers. Very easy trail, some washed out areas and loose rocks, and some of the little creek gets deeper at points, glad I brought shoes I could get dirty.
Great spot for any and all!

Great trails! Nice place for kids to climb trees and if they're lucky they can have a swinging good time as well on the hidden swings.

Great trails for mountain biking (MTB) and hiking, trail is made of looser gravel until you reach the fire road.
