A must see, the former Nike missile base is at the top and the views are wonderful. We had a hazy day but an amazing sunset. Caution: if you are driving you'll want a car with some lower clearance, it's a very rough drive.
Great little hike. Novice level, about 2 miles out and back. Nice views of the valley and LA. Not the most private of places, can get crowded.

-Best hike , Breath taking view , Dog friendly , only minor is parking and it’s mostly dirt rocky road when driving so be careful

Nice quiet little trail. Lots of open area and good views. Overall trail is pretty short at 3mi from one end and back. Easy parking on the Encino side of the trail but bumpy dirt and gravel road.

Its a nice trail, not overly difficult, with easy parking. There is almost no shade, so bring plenty of water. This is also one of the few trails in this area that allows off-leash dogs, so its a good place to tire out your pup!

This place was perfect to bring our dog off leash and get some great views of LA. Not too crowded and the trail is easy to navigate. Parking is available but I would suggest getting there early to get a spot up close.

The best trail for off leash hikes. This is the only trail besides Runyon that is legally off leash.

It's a slightly off the beaten trail that rises further and further over LA and almost into the clouds. As you twist around the serpentine path, you'll find a few amazing overlooks. Eventually you may end up at a retired missile sight. It's an excellent trail in the area.
