Staff was very friendly, the guy stocking was very motivated to help me find what I wanted. Bought the item (super large box) , and he helped me take it to my car at the meter. I’m going to return again for more exercise equipment!

My teenage kids and I are just getting started with archery. Based on a recommendation we dropped in looking to move up from our SUPER-beginner gear and they took great care of us. It's obviously a little intimidating walking into a store with almost zero knowledge but the staff (especially Marnier) did an amazing job of making us feel welcome and answering my millions of questions.

My favorite archery range. The staff are really friendly and they always gave me pointers when I'd come in. A few times they even let me shoot for free. Awesome!

The staff and the manager of this store are super nice. I went in because it said online they are low in stock of the dumbbells I wanted. The manager checked for me in the backroom and I got the last package they had. The manager even brought the 100lbs package with a dolly to my car. Couldn’t have received a better customer service.

I will say that they are great about greeting you when you walk in the door. However, employees on the floor are usually too busy to ask if you need help finding something, which is kind of annoying. Well, either too busy, or they just don't care to ask. It's hard to tell which.

Really nice store with good collection. Came here for floats and was not disappointed. They have the cheapest one from $3 to really good ones too. I got a bucket hat too. Water shoes for all ages and sizes. I could find a women size 5 which is rare. They validate parking for the structure behind the building, so make sure you park there.

I enjoyed shopping at Big 5. I purchased two pair of shoes for my husband and two pair of shoes for myself
The prices for some of the item there were perfect ???? for my pocket and the staff was very respectful. I'll give Big 5 the thumbs ???? up. Thanks you
