Absolutely LOVE Dragonfly Hollywood! I brought a group here twice last week, on Thursday for their Reggaeton, Latin Trap night known as "La Cultura Hollywood" and on Friday for their Hip-Hop night known as Feature Fridays. Both nights were super fun and packed with beautiful crowd. Plus my buddies and I even hooked up with hottest girls on both nights - YEAHHHH!!! From the door staff to the bottle girls, and even the security, everyone was beyond accommodating and professional, tending to my groups every need. Can't wait for next week because I'm soooo gonna become a regular here! If you haven't been to Dragonfly Hollywood yet; then what are you waiting for? This place ROCKS!!!
I was at the bar on Thursday night and the Latina bartender served every Latino while looking over me… a negative star is definitely more appropriate

Amazing! Dragonfly Hollywood is now my FAVORITE nightclub in Los Angeles!!! DJs spin the best Hip Hop tracks, the girls (both patrons and staff) are super HOT HOT HOT, service is 5-star all around plus almost every night is celebrity packed (last weekend they had Tyga, 42 Dugg and EST Gee plus Yo Gotti was in the club partying it up!!! If you love hip hop, a beautiful crowd and stress-free fun-filled night out in LA then Dragonfly is THE place you need to be!!

Worst service I have experienced. Spent close to $2,000 and our bottle service came late to our table plus staff was extremely rude. One of the service girls followed my cousin into the restroom and demanded that she pay for the bill, while they were trying to use the restroom, and then tried to threaten us when we comforted her about her actions. A manager never came out to help us with the situation and the staff was not trying to help either, they were making it seem that we were in the wrong for saying something to the girl! Ridiculous, definitely not worth the money, will never be coming back.

If I could give this place no stars I would. For my bachelorette party they overcharged for a table, did not mention it was outside, then when we went in to dance to one of the few good songs they played the removed our stuff from our section and tried to resell it. Music was garbage and people hardly danced.

We had sooooo much fun on Friday night at Dragonfly!!! We met up with some old friends and even made some new ones which was great. My group had so much fun they didn't want to leave. And the DJ was SICK (I think his name was DJ BAD?). He played current Hip Hop tracks plus mixed in some classic old school hip hop hits. We literally danced all night till the lights came on. If I could give Dragonfly more than 5 stars I would!!!

Wow!!!! I just went to the SICKEST PARTY at Dragonfly Hollywood. I got off work early and decided to meet up with some buddies who were at Dragonfly for Tory Lanez party. Honestly, my expectations were low and then I was pleasantly surprised as the night progressed how AWESOME this place is!! The place was packed with one of the best looking crowds I've seen in awhile (plus the bottle girls were also super HOT). We decided to get a table and pop some bottles and that's when words can't even describe how insane things got (it was like a movie). The staff at Dragonfly go all out with Vegas-style bottle service - I'm talking "all eyes on me" full show. LOL after what I experienced tonight at Dragonfly, if I had the cash to do this every weekend, trust me I soooo would!! Dragonfly is frickin' AWESOME!! Thank you for one of the best nights out ever!!

I am only giving this club one star because of the rude skull face looking lady at the door called Sarah, she was very rude to me and my friends, i wonder where the club found someone with that attitude. she is really nasty. I have being to this club on a friday and i didn't see her at the door. She is just so nasty! We had a good time at the club, it was so fun but the female DJ killed the vibes with bad song choices. I will definitely party here again!

This year I chose to celebrate New Years Eve at Derriere. Unfortunately, bringing in 2020 was completely ruined. I purchased a table for 6 for 1,000. As we approached the area, I noticed the set up was not sufficient for a space for 6ppl. The space could only seat 3 ppl at most because another vip table was squeezed in the area. The bottle service server was polite and went to get the manager; however, he did not help resolve the issue. That was the last time I spoke to him.
I preceded to speak to Kristen, the woman working the bottle service check in. I explained to her that my party was unable to fit in that area. She said that the space is not meant for 6ppl to sit. Then said, “This is not a dinner party setting.” I understand my table was only for 6ppl but that set up was not acceptable. That table should have been for 4ppl max. Kristen was very rude, disrespectful, and spoke to me as if I was incompetent. She went on to say, “If you knew about clubs and bottle service, then you should know that the space is limited. Well, I know a little about bottle service at clubs. Recently, bought 5 bottles at the Sofitel and tend to buy bottles whenever I go out. Kristen then told the security to have me move to the outside of the rope and she will give me information on a refund. We stood there for 15min while she did not acknowledge us. She had no line and wasn’t helping anyone and still chose not to acknowledge me. Very rude. The customer service from Kristen was unacceptable. The security was kind enough to communicate with me.
Another party had a similar issue last night with bottle service. A woman said she paid 2,000 for 8ppl and only 2ppl could fit in the area. The venue should really reevaluate bottle service and spacing, as well as proving customer service training to staff and ppl like Kristen. I spent the New Years Eve countdown in an Uber.

This club ruined our New Year’s Eve
Short story? This club oversold their sections and attempted to scam us and other patrons into buying more space on New Year’s Eve 2020. They did not provide the bottle service that was advertised on their event link. They were also rude and nonchalant about their deceptive acts.
The ambiance is also subpar!
Buyer/Party-goers Beware! Long story?
Environment... Derrière is mediocre at best. This club is essentially a “hole in the wall” in between tire shops and warehouses. It does not meet an excellent standard. The location is less than desirable, the service is subpar, and the Dj is average and nothing to write home about.
Poor Service... Their staff ruined our event on the eve of the 2020 New Year. We reserved 2 sections for use. 1- 3 bottle- six person table section and 1- one bottle champagne 2 person section. They attempted to stuff our party of six in a space that was meant to accommodate only 2-3 people. Our section had other people in it upon arrival and was dirty when we arrived. When we notified their staff that 3 people in our party did not have accommodations... They told us “This isn’t a dinner party situation” and stated that we “were not used to going to clubs because not everyone is going to have a place to sit.” They then attempted to con us into paying an additional $1500 dollars to buy another upgraded section just so that the rest of our party could sit. They never stated these conditions in their event link descriptions of bottle services.
Poor Problem Solving... We were desperate to have fun, but could not overcome the rudeness and audacity of their low level bottle service coordinator Kristen. She was egregious, classist, and condescending when poorly attempting to the resolve the issue. There were also two other groups that paid $2,000 dollars for two sections for 8 people and were only given a section that accommodates 2 people. Our group was not the only group to have this issue that night. We cannot get our 2020 New Year’s Eve back!
I have partied at clubs in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, New York, Washington-D.C., Maryland, New Orleans, Las Vegas, and Mexico.
I have never been as disrespected and disappointed at venues across the continent and abroad as I was at this small obscure venue in the outskirts of Hollywood being passed off as Derriere LA. This club is essentially a hole in the wall in between tire shops and warehouses. It does not look to be an elite establishment but fully overreaches and attempts to be elite with poor customer service and even poorer ambiance!
The security staff and the young lady who attempted to lead us to the table were very understanding but our NYE ended with us bringing in the New Year in a Lyft.
