This is and continues to be my Go to spot for a night out on the dance floor. Teo, one of the greatest promoters out there always strives to take care of me and my party whenever we go out. If you like great hip/hop, top 40’s music and upscale atmosphere, this is thee place.

I came here for the music... I've been here on Fridays and Saturdays. the DJs play a mash up of dancing tunes... from reggeaton to edm, techno, rap and classics from the 90s and 00s. Sometimes too loud in the center of the dancing floor but easy to avoid by moving away...
They have two bar sections, but they only keep the two open when the place is packed. It is sometimes dificult to get a drink and that bothers me.
Restrooms are clean and well maintained.
They have an outdoor section with couches and big windows, the views are spectacular from here, and being open means people can smoke here... and they do smoke a lot!
I have a lot of fun every time I come here.

Beautiful location. The music was great and i went on a friday so it was a hip hop vibe. I purchased a section for my birthday and Deanna the reservations manager was phenomenal. My friends and I had a perfect night.

Feels more like a club but not a bad thing. There’s a great outdoor section, but best during the summer. Bottle service is pretty good and the servers/bar tenders/security have been real cool.
A lot of the Takami Sushi goers go here after they eat. Recommended spot for downtown Los Angeles with a club/lounge vibe. Dress code is pretty lax.

Great venue! The view of Downtown is awesome, space is ample, valet parking extremely reasonable, and great service! Will definitely visit here again!

Perfect place to dance and chill around during the weekend nights. The view of the downtown is unmatched. Join the waitlist and go a little early to save up on the cover. Beers are reasonably priced.

Teo and the crew are fantastic. Best club in Los Angeles! Hospitable, respectful, and fun. Great music and great service. Can't wait to go back!

If you’ve been looking for an upscale and classy place to dance the night away, this is it! DJ Snail was there playing lots of hip hop and older pop. It was amazing! The lights are really cool on the dance floor. Drinks are expensive and strong, but nothing special.
The view is gorgeous and the dance floor is large. It’s an open concept, so you don’t have to deal with the maze of roped off bottle service tables. It also has a balcony area where you can get some fresh air and cool off from dancing.
We used to go to boulevard3 before it (fingers crossed) temporarily closed. This place is a good substitute! Doesn’t have the same ‘wow’ factor or exceptional customer service, but it’s still upscale. Some of the bouncers were a bit rude to people, giving them trouble for not being in line before 10:30 pm to get in free or sitting on a random bench (they sell seats, so you just can’t sit if you don’t have bottle service). So that’s why four stars instead of five, because boulevard3 has awesome customer service and amazing drinks. And places to sit if you don’t have bottle service. We will go back if boulevard3 doesn’t open again.

I thought their table and bottled service was well priced. The barbacks (?) constantly came around to ensure we had new cups, fresh mixers, and water. Good mix of music with a good mixed croud. Security was professional ans frienldy. Bathrooms were kept clean by the attendant (bring her tipping money, she deserves it). Yes, they escorted people out of they were notable intoxicated and they expect people to adhere to a dress code. Thisnwas not an issue for my part, we still had an amazing time.

This place is chill. Not a stuck up club. Didn't hold us in line for no reason. Nice views. They put on a great show for my friend's birthday party.
The DJ played good music, but he kept cutting songs way short and didn't have a real flow to the music.
Ladies were classy and gorgeous, guys were laid back, staff was professional and friendly.
