Went to go see Green Velvet. Pretty great show as always at Factory 93. Had to give this place 3 stars because security tried to crowd control people wanting to use the porta potties during the middle of the event. The line was super long and people were upset. It didn't last long until they stopped regulating and letting people in.

Not a safe place to enjoy music.

No consideration to the neighborhood across the bridge. Raves should not be one block from people's homes. We are working to get their permits revoked. This is not a real concert venue and is a terrible location for these massive, loud events.

Great inner city venue! Loved the vibe and overall experience. Sound and stage setup were amazing! Only improvement could be around vip area with more tables and chairs for us old folk that can't dance 3 sets in a row nonstop ????.

I love the venue and the music, but the porta-potty situation is absolutely dreadful. There are not enough of them and they are never actually serviced during the night. As much money as this venue is pullling in, they need to either build some real restrooms or rent some trailers. The fact that the sinks are running out of water/soap/paper in the middle of a pandemic is a bit appalling, and the toilets have no paper after a few hours. I know Pasquale is trying for that old-school rave vibe, but this is one aspect of old-school raves that no sane person misses.

Factory 93 is a Utopia for the electronic music enthusiast! I had such a good time I met so many beautiful and wonderful people! The drinks for abs kind of expensive though so make sure you have your credit card or at least $100 in cash. The porta potties were surprisingly clean! The music was amazing and the sound was very loud and precise! A great place to party on the weekend!

Saw Deadmau5 here in 2017 and would be back for every event under the sun here if I didn't live in Norcal. Amazing venue and it captures that underground warehouse essence PERFECTLY. The atmosphere is perfect here, almost makes me feel like I never missed out on the the 90's house scene. Sound is excellent. Good vibes everywhere. I love this place!

Venue and crowd were top notch. You could tell before you even got near the venue the amount of thought that went into planning the ambiance -- from the graffiti / "vandalism" on the streets leading up to the entrance to the vivid yet understated murals on the walls inside the event. Factory93.

This place is excessively loud, throwing outdoor raves on a parking lot. People's homes are only 800 feet away. This city lets businesses and millionaires like Pasquale Rotella do whatever they pleased. I would not be surprised if the CEO of Insomniac Productions was again engaging in illegal bribes to put on these outdoor raves because no one in their right mind would grant a music permit for such loud events so close to a residential neighborhood. We can feel the bass all the way across the river. I will do anything in my power to get this place shut down.
