My husband and I had a good sized lunch pizza with salad which was delicious and excellent value for money. Drinks at a good price! We also enjoyed the butter cake with ice cream! It was delicious! We were pleased with the service and good recommendations from our waiter.

One of the best NY pizza's in LA if not the best. From the first second you bite into a warm slice it takes you back home to NY.

The pizza is delicious, but it is sometimes difficult to figure out when they are open (they modify their hours and you have to check Instagram for updates). They also recently started taking walk-ins only pretty often, which is very inconvenient if you don't live within walking distance. I want to come back since the pizza is so good, but being that I don't live around the corner I don't know if I'll be able to without being able to place an order over the phone.

Apollonia's is a pizza making diety. This is definitely in the Top 1% of LA pizza. No quality ingredients, chewy, bubbly, cavernous dough. The flavor so intense you will inhale a slice of this pizza before you even know what hot you. Next you will access how much of this cheesy deliciousness you have left, how fast you're going to devour it, and when is the next time you'll return. Apollonia's is a destination. A pizza mecca. Whoever said LA can't make great pizza had fooled themselves. Apollonia's is the proof.

Amazing taste. Kind of salty but the crust and everything is just perfection. I would say they need to improve their operation efficiency since now everyone wants to try their delicious pizzas with million orders. Order time and baking time should improve overall. However, the guys at the oven are working hard and they are nice to everyone.

I watched a video about Apollonia’s Pizzeria one or two weeks ago. I was in Los Angeles yesterday, and I thought it was time for me to try their pizza. I got there not that long after they opened. I ordered one plain slice and one pepperoni slice. The owners were friendly, and everything was ready in 10 minutes.

The location:
It is located in a small strip shopping center on Wilshire Boulevard at South Sycamore Avenue. There is construction going on due to the Metro expansion, so one side of the parking lot was blocked off. They take cash only. Also, there is no where to sit inside. This is strictly take out.

The Pizza:
Both slices were extremely flavorful, and there is no place I have found in Los Angeles that has a crust as crisp as this pizzeria. The slices were very big! Even after eating two slices, I was seriously tempted to go back and get another slice. It reminded me of the pizzerias on the East Coast. The undercarriage of each slice was well-done without me ever saying anything.

The parking situation near there is not the greatest right now, but the pizza was so good that it is worth a return trip.

I decided to eat here after a pizza review from David Portnoy of Barstool Sports, and I really enjoyed the pizza here. The parking lot is pretty small especially considering there are other businesses in the small shopping center this place is at. Ordered the 20 inch Mayor's Mistress pizza and I really liked the flavor of the sauce and the roma tomatoes on the pizza. One of the more popular items seemed to he the Detroit style pizza, but they were out of slices by the time I decided to order it. I'll definitely have to order it the next time I come back.

Hands down best pizza in LA. I'll drive from San Gabriel Valley to Mid Wilshire for this pizza it's that good. Two options thin and deep , my go to is the cheese for thin but the deep has so many options you have to try them yourself. All very, very good. It does close for couple hours in afternoon and opens again at 5 pm. I suggest cash .Really cool staff, but always busy so be patient.Small parking lot which is free.

This slice was amazing. Top notch ingredients on a beautiful crust. Combination of toppings look audacious but they're actually quite thoughtful and balanced. This one had pepperoni, burrata , honey. There was definetly additional herbs, maybe from the pepperoni but I couldn't identify clearly. I'm a fan now

Good pizza which also sells by slices. Service was friendly and fast. Limited pizza choices and very over priced. Not worth paying that much. I had the Acapulco gold slice and it was $8!!!
