food was amazing!!! best food i ever had. the menu doesnt have much but that doesnt change my opinion on this godsend of a restaurant. staff are super friendly and perfect for late night outings! and the desserts are really good too! i had the flan and it had a very bursty, full of flavor taste. plate and presentation are not too organized but just right. hell, the food is still good after being in the fridge for a couple days! music, decoration, design, lights, just right. restrooms are not too big, not too small, they are a bit pushed together but that didnt matter. best restaurant yet, would give it 10 stars if i could!

Finally, a nice looking Peruvian restaurant with a great and delicious menu.
So far I’ve tried Ceviche, Papa a la Huancaina, Seco, Arroz con Pollo, Lomo Saltado and Pollo Saltado…everything delicious. The other restaurants I’ve visited should learn from los Balcones that Quality is better than Quantity! Hopefully the other place they had at Studio City reopens soon be cause it was also amazing and even nicer looking.

Great atmosphere, great and delicious food, great service, nice looking plates.
I will definitely back again. The Pollo Saltado was so delicious, also the Arroz con Pollo and Papa a la Huancaina!! I’ve tried the Ceviche also about a month ago and it is perfect! I need to come back and try the rest of the menu for sure!

The waiter was not very attentive, our food was super late coming out, the papas in the lomo saltado were cold, and when I asked for salsa our waiter clearly forgot and 10 mins later was drinking a beer behind the bar like he was on break. I flagged down another waiter who seemed to be slightly annoyed that we were calling him over — but when I explained what happened he did soften up. However, instead of going to get what we needed, he lingered at our table and mansplained how the kitchen and front of the house staff interact while my date and I just looked at each other. Also, def NOT the best Peruvian food in town, for sure. My date liked his mariscos con arroz but he had no real reference. I eat Peruvian all the time — and while it wasn’t the worst thing I’ve ever eaten, nothing to write home about.

I have not eaten here but my neighbor said it was authentic. They don't open until 5pm

We waited 30 minutes for our order to be taken, and then 45 min to get our meal. No apologies from management. Then, when we got the lomo saltado, it was flavorless. Really poor execution of the classic Peruvian dish. Won't be going back. This place seems to way overrated.

Los Balcones is a wonderful restaurant with absolutely amazing service. If you get either Luis or Mireille as your server then you are in for a wonderful, attentive experience. The food is great and the service is better. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a good Peruvian meal.

Beautiful open and airy restaurant. I was visiting town for just a few days and this spot was close to my hotel. I was on the early side and the restaurant was quiet, which was nice. Casual but interesting, elevated dishes. Loved the ceviche, refreshing on a hot day. The service was quick, friendly and unobtrusive. I had a fun spicy cocktail to boot.

A well deserved date night with my hubby ???? We decided to stay local and visit this treasure. We loved it, great portion size plates and the drinks were amazing ???? We will be back!

Considering the place was busy and they only had one server, the service was good. Menu is kind of small, but food was good for a small place with a nice bar.
