Wow words can not do this place justice, but ill try. To start, the food is mind blowing. Ive never had vegetable samosas so good anywhere else. Their chicken korma is mouth wateringly good. The service is out of this world as well. Its a family business and you really are made to feel like a part of the family during your visit. So kind and attentive. Would recommend to anyone looking for good indian food in LA

I came back to Mr Masala after a few months of being away. Same good food. Friendly staff. They updated the decor it’s cute.

This restaurant is clean and has good service. The mango lassi here is amazing. It is right next to LA Live in downtown so definitely in a nice location. But as such parking may be an issue. Overall the food was average. Definitely not the best Indian food I’ve had but decent. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a local Indian restaurant in downtown LA. Came here for dinner on Saturday night and it wasn’t busy.

I’ve would rate this 2 because first of all the bread is so thick and not properly cooked and the dal is just plain water . No taste . We also ordered matar paneer which was still decent but wasn’t something I’ll try again
I’ve had Indian food and this is by far the worst .
Please take a note of this before ordering.

This is by far the best Indian Cuisine I have ever been to!!! The service here is amazing from both the chefs and servers! My favorite dishes are lamb tikka balti, chicken tandoori, and chicken biryani! The flavors are so yummy! Im glad I live close by and can support the family at Mr Masala! Thanks for the lovely meals so far! See you very soon!????

The food here is to die for! I love everything on the menu and they have recently remodeled which makes my experience so much better! Also it is family operated so you will definitely get great customer service and they help you make your choices if you’re stuck! Thank you Mr Masala family and the 3 amazing chefs behind the scenes! ♥️????♥️

Love the food. The service. The new changes, they made on the restaurant, clean and hospitable people. Best Indian food. Try it , you would never regret it. We take a 5 hour drive to eat their delicious food, everything is amazing won’t regret it… the staff is amazing as well very friendly. A must try

This restaurant is so gloomy. The interiors are blah. Didn't have a very good vibe when I entered this place. The food was below average. The rasmalai tasted straight from the ready to eat box. The taste of chicken korma was ok nothing special. Only their naan was fresh and tasted good. Indian food is all about having the blast of spices in your mouth. This place is nothing like that. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They give complimentary dal soup and rice pudding, which practically has no taste. This place is a disappointment.

I ordered a combo of chicken curry. It also adjusts the spiciness. I thought that it was very delicious. The staff was very kind and I thought it was a good shop.
