We ordered the margherita. One of the best I've ever had. Probably the best I've had in the US. Sauce was light and sweet. Crust was perfectly crisp. I was a bit wary of all the basil being in the middle but it was a very solid first bite that leads into the rest of the pizza
Every time I'm in LA I stop my with my son ..the service is great the food is delicious pizza, salads and pastas all great.

The food is good but the owner just doesn't have good management or time management skills. Twice I’ve ordered ahead, I have a 30 min brake, and twice they kinda screwed my by not having it ready. This is only one example of bad customer service. It saddens me to write this, there food is good, but they consistently let me down. This is just not a reliable place to eat sadly.

Our go-to pizza spot in LA for Neapolitan pizza! Authentic, fresh ingredients and perfectly chewy but soft crust every time.

Provami Pizzeria is excellent wood oven pizza. The owner Paolo is friendly and welcomed us as we arrived when he was closing. When we told him, we saw him on YouTube and traveled from Canada and hunted him down and couldn't wait to try his pizza, he offered us to stay and eat. We took our pizza to go and it was the best!! Anyone in the Los Angeles area or out of towners, should give it a try. You won't be disappointed. Best wood oven pizza!!!

Excellent Spinach lasagna and super thin crusted crispy work-of-art pizza! The owner made everything fresh and shared his artistry and knowledge. Here is Mario and the smoked salmon and pink sauce pizza. Great dining experience. Definitely a must try when you are in town.

A few weeks ago my brother and I shared the pizza and pasta with truffles which we both really enjoyed. The owner cares about the food he prepares and he is delightful man! Thank you for the great experience!

Provami, Wow! The best I drove 2 hours to come here. My family and I loved the restaurant. Pizza, Salmon Salad, and Fish. I wish this restaurant was in Colton, California. I will be #1 customer. Clean, friendly, great food. The best!

Very good pizza! Loved the flavors and the crust was awesome. The prices were slightly steep but I would still def come back. The outer crust was a little crunchier than I’d like but the overall flavor of the pizza was great. On the barstool scale I’d give it a 7.4
