Food and service were awesome. They gave us half on the house, since the payment system was glitching and they didn't want to keep us waiting. 100% would come back again. I'd recommend the lemon roll, Chef #2, salmon sashimi, and cucumber salad!

How have I not reviewed the one sushi spot that I visit every week? I don’t even like to try other restaurants because I will always compare them to Sushi Enya. My go-to dishes are the yellowtail, albacore, and salmon hand rolls and the lemon roll. Oh my gosh, back to the hand rolls. The nori is warm from the rice but still so crispy and fresh. I find that they’re fairly generous with the amount of fish they serve. Oh and don’t forget your veggies - the cucumber salad is so refreshing. Dip it just a tiny bit in your soy sauce and wasabi concoction.

Seriously the cutest place with the best food. The staff was incredible and were alike to get us seats at the chefs table 20 minutes before they opened. The whole staff can’t be beat, they were all incredibly nice and helpful. My boyfriend got the tasting menu. He said he liked being able to try everything but if he were to come again he would order a couple of his favorites. The way they specifically make their sushi is incredible to watch. They have a vegan tasting menu but I was happy pigging out on the garlic edamame (yes, you have to try it). Definitely worth eating here if you can.

WOW! My friend and I were visiting from NYC, where we frequently try different sushi places. Sushi Enya blew us away! The nigiri was mouthwatering and melts in your mouth. The sushi rolls are HUGE and tasty as well. Super warm and friendly service. We went two nights in a row because the food was so good!

Very fresh and good sushi!
Had to wait 40 mins to get the table on Saturday night, so make reservation in advance!

The Host here is one of the best hosts I've ever seen working. He's efficient, friendly and thoughtful. The rolls here are yummy and well plated. Their sushi is all a bit fusion but thoughtfully done. I would just say that they make it seem like it's more food than it really is. Expect a bit of a wait for an indoor table and their outdoor tables are more of the plastic sort - functional but not solid.

We were walking Little Tokyo looking for some good sushi and boy were we lucky to dine this place. As I had been there probably 25 years ago and forgot about it. When I walked by then I remember as there are so many new restaurants and developments in the area now. When we walked in there were two young ladies just walked in front of us and I see that only 2 seats were left at the sushi bar and luckily after the girls looked at the menu they left lol as the prices were not cheap lol. I think our bill was $135 for the 2 of us. But it was well worth it as the sushi was excellent.

Visited October 2019. Best sushi experience I've ever had. We waited to have bar seats (definitely recommended). We really enjoyed the interactions with the chefs and watching the art of the delicately put together intricate creations. The flavours were fresh and top quality. I will definitely be back.

If you want a late run sushi after 10pm this place is open until 1am. The food is amazing. It is pricy but worth it. Long waits so be prepared and go next door to the bar and chill and check in every once in awhile. Def will be back to sample the sushi again.
