AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Came in here looking to buy some cigars for my husband. I had nothing but a list of recommended cigars. The owner of the store was very kind and patient with my lack of cigar knowledge. He also didn't make me feel out of place, but made me feel welcomed. There was another customer in there who was also very nice. Good vibes all around!

I used to work up the street from this shop and stopped by a couple of times after payday to get some sticks.
I never had a chance to smoke in the back room, but the store owner was nice and their prices are great.

Just turned 21, from northern california where they don't have these stars, I've been looking forward to buying my first (legal) cigars since I was 15.
Wasn't sure how I would be treated though since I knew absolutely NOTHING.
The man at the front running the checkout line (I think he was the owner) was amazing. I told him the situation and without hesitation he went around the room, grabbed me probably 15 cigars, and of those he had 5 he highly recommend to try for my first time. He also gave me cutters, and a lighter he refilled for me. His customers as well where very kind.
If I lived here, that would be the only spot I would ever go. He was excited for me and very helpful.
Everyone should go here, truly an amazing shop with great people.

One of the best cigar shops in town. Crazy huge collection of cigars. It has a nice ventilated lounge in the back and you can also smoke on the sidewalk nearby. They got chairs, ashtrays etc. met a lot of good folks there while smoking. Shout out to Sam and the owner.

Sam is simply great, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This place has it all from regular run of the mill cigars to high end and rare cigars. I've had Romeo and Juliet, Fuente Fuente OPUS X, to most recently La Flor Dominicana Andalusian Bull cigar. This is by far the best cigar shop in the Valley.

I love this place! Has a variety of cigar brands, even if you dont know about cigars the owner is super nice and friendly. He will give you any advice you would need or guide you to what you are looking for.
They have a Cigar lounge in the back of the store, if you want to sit and relax.
Other then that really friendly environment, good prices, great brand, amazing quality!
What else do you need ????????????.

This is absolutely the best cigar shop in the Los Angeles area, from every conceivable perspective. .selection and pricing are amazing, and it is always totally clean and something I insist on, which is lacking in a few, other shops.. QUIET. Extremely friendly owner, and plushly upholstered, sensual lounge, and includes an outdoor smoking area

There is a nice lounge in the back that no one will tell you about. Over stuffed chairs, big screen TV, etc. They have a good selection of cigars, albeit, not the most reasonable prices. Locals like to hangout and smoke on the sidewalk in front of the store.

Sam keeps a great selection of smokes and decent prices. He was great to talk with about the various cigars he carries as well as very hospitable to enjoy a smoke in the lounge. Definitely my go to spot in the area.
