I have always left this Turner's with a smile on my face. Knowledgeable, courteous, and patient FireArms and Ammunition staff are exceptional. Usually takes more time than anticipated, but there's a Good reason this Turner's is that busy.

Always under staffed!
It will take 5 minutes to order ammo online and hours to get it in store!÷/
They have the same waiting time for pick ups or if you need to apply certificate and buying a gun . They process customers ine every hour.
Luckily, there are enough gunstore around.

Have to get a number at the front door. Usualy takes about 2 hours to be helped, but you can leave and come back. Great service, once ots your turn, you get lots of attention

Nice place! clean, indoor Archery fun for small group of people. The instructor who give you the reason for begging or the first time coming was really good. They have a parking lot make it more easy for get together event. I will go back again.

If you need anything for fishing Eric knows it all. He knows his fishing very well and even gives you advice on the type of knots, bait, and how to setup your fishing line for specific fish. The man has over 50+ years of fishing so he is very knowledgeable and a great people person. Thanks Eric for always sharing your knowledge with me.

Great deals but this location is greatly understaffed!. Like dude stop being cheap and hire employees.

If I could give the Pasadena and reseda locations zero stars I would. The employees are not engaging nor move with any urgency. Today in the reseda location I waited 2 hours before I gave up. The firearms counter clerks help one person roughly every 30min. There were 9 employees behind the counter with only 2 helping anybody at any given time. They would help one person then head to the front of the store to chat with other employees for 15 min or so. Before I left there were 35 people waiting for various things. They have a terrible service model and have lost our business for good.

Customer service very lacking. And uwanna give me attitude because u don't know about ur products so I have to look it up ahahhaha. And to the female who works there. If ur gonna make stuff up about ur customers, it's best to do it out of there hearing range...
