Ffl services not good at all guy there doesnt care gun was shipped back to seller over a month issue not worth it don't waste your with this ffl

Ordered a rangefinder from their website for $180 and my card was immediately charged. Never received a confirmation email or order #. Called the listed phone number within one week and the voice mail box was full. Texted multiple times to their # per their voice message. No response. Called another week later and was finally able to leave a voice mail message after several more attempts. No response. Nothing ever shipped, obviously. Emailed another week later. No response. Contested the charge through my credit card company and immediately heard back the next day with an apologetic refund. Gave them ample time to respond in any way, but if I hadn't involved my bank I have no doubt this vendor would have fraudulently taken my money.
Based on other reviews, maybe they do have a great in-store business and deserve all the credit there, but unfortunately are way off the mark on the web store service.

Took my money for an item they didn't even have in stock on April 23rd. I called a couple weeks later after no update and was told all online orders will be canceled. It is now May 11th and they still haven't canceled my order of refunded my money. Had to open a dispute with my bank. DO NOT purchase anything from these scammers. They turned their phone off and aren't taking any calls now.

Shop owner is awesome, went above and beyond to help with the PPT process, and was an overall great experience! Treats you more like family than a customer. Excellent experience!

Just about to purchase a firearm so I called up and had lots of questions like how much for the training background check etc. The most helpful person I've ever talked to at a firearm dealers.never understood why all these shops are so smug and hurrying when it comes to an info call,maybe they just want you to come and buy.heading in tomorrow to get my piece.(of mind).

Best gun shop I have been to thus far. Dimitri is a knowledgeable and friendly FFL dealer whose been the industry for over 20 years.
He is happy to advise you and explain firearms to you in detail. Feel free to visit the shop for taking the certificate test, purchasing a firearm, transferring a firearm, or just having general purpose questions.
Friendly, fast, and professional services. I would recommend this place to my mother.
