I'm a la metro driver smoking cigars for years ...love this place...fair prices great customer service.
Reason for visiting: pick up cigars with my dad
Date/time of visit: Friday afternoon, ~11:30 AM
Parking: free in the adjacent lot, shared with other businesses. There's also street parking and the Guy Kaku has valet in case it's out of hand.
Party size: 2
Environment/ambience: under new management. We were the only ones in there at this time. There's a humidor and couches for lounging. The owner is great; seems like a great guy, very friendly and accommodating. There's another girl that works the register and she's nice too. This will be our regular cigar shop going forward.
Service: great service, especially since it's slow due to COVID-19 most likely.
Food: N/A
Cost: prices are not too bad, compared with smoke shops and other small places that sell cigars (come to find out those places are way overpriced compared to cigar shops). My dad and I aren't cigar afficinados so we're satisfied with cigars that aren't too expensive (~$10-$15/each). We walked out spending ~$120 for 7 cigars, torch lighter, and torch lighter refill. They also sell expensive cigars; I night a couple Davidoffs for $120 and $110 each.
