Great place to purchase a firearm.
Very helpful and made me feel at ease when I purchased my M&P Shield.
Wasn't ignored like other places ( Turner's Signal Hill)..
Will be back to purchase my next firearm.

Five stars all around gun shop.
What makes this Gun shop place special, is the knowledgeable staff and great customer service.
The owner goes the extra mile to explain your gun regarding specs, safety and performance. Very important support from all the guys in the shop. Highly recommended.

I'm all about taking time off, especially for the 4th. But would be appreciated if they tried to let folks know. Website not updated, gmaps not updated. Wasted a lot of time trying to get over here on the 3rd only to find the shop closed when everything else online says they're open.
Really solid place here. Lots of staff so I didn't have to wait at all, all friendly and willing to help without being condesending. Made a newbie like me feel very comfortable there. Had a decent selection for the times, and saw lots of transactions happening while at the store and everyone seemed very happy with their transactions. Made a purchase from another state and the FFL transaction was smooth. Had garand thumb in the background which is a big thumbs up for me. Will definitely be bringing my business here.

Absolute worst customer service. Came into to the store wanting to order a pelican storm 3200 case. Put down my info and never got a call back. Just ignored. Anyway bought my case somewhere else. You lost a $250 sale. Avoid this trash ???? place. Bunch of pretend warriors over there anyway.

Amazing store and great customer service. Sean and matt are very helpful and knowledgeable about all the questions I had and helped me out perfectly. Definitely going to be stopping by a lot more now. If you are ever in the area, I would highly recommend stopping by and checking them out.

I've bought two Glocks from these guys so far. Excellent customer service and even added night sights to one of them right there in the store in minutes. I used to buy from the "other" local gun store however the lines were long, no parking and the service was terrible. At Crosshairs If you need something they don't stock, they can order for you, no problem. I wont go no where else now. Very competitive pricing and they really value your business.

Best gun store in Southern California. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Sean helped my son and me and he knows his guns. I will definitely be buying my next pistol, assault rifle and shotgun from him soon. He is the man and this store is the place to go if you are looking for weapons or ammo. I have been to other stores including Retting in Culver City which is 10 minutes away from me and no comparison. Crosshairs has the best service and products!!!

Fast and excellent service, good pricing on both firearms and ammo. The salestaff are very knowledgeable in all forms of firearms, and each has their own specialty.
And though they are very professional, they also have moments of levity, making for a fun and enjoyable shopping experience....

This place is a no frills gun store. Staff is knowledgeable but they seem a bit brusque. They will take the time to explain fundamentals but it seems they do this mostly to cover themselves for liability reasons rather than trying to be genuinely helpful. Prices are decent. Not a bargain but if you want to avoid the hassles and fees of online gun dealers then its a suitable alternative. Selection of firearms is very small. I saw perhaps a total of 6 handguns on display. When I inquired if they had more in stock they refferred me to a website. I wouldn't really recommend them to be honest, but I can't say it was a bad experience. It could have been better. Bottom line. They have guns for a decent price but very limited stock in store.
