I had three most incredible experience at this museum. It's free but the suggested donation is $10, which is frankly a bargain for what you get. The audio guide was extensive and informative. I spent over two hours here and didn't listen to all the available material. The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, and the history is not too be missed.

Very well done. The information was given in a good way. I recommend the ear buds so you can pick what you want to hear. We weren't able to be there that long. Would like to visit again and be able to listen to all the points offered. People, don't forget that this really happened-we do not ever want this history to repeat. The photos & actual victim belongings touched my heart.

Thank you Connie Marco for a superb docent led tour on Sunday November 15. 2020.
I enjoyed it immensely and so did my kids who live in Arizona.
I really got a feel for what the museum is like.
Thank you again . Marilyn Azar

I took the docent tour which I highly suggest. Then listened to Albert Sosa speak about his experience as a survivor. He spoke with emotion and is the original super hero. The entire day was very informative and interesting. Thank you for the great experience.

An educational holocaust museum whose uniqueness is that many of the items were donated by survivors.
It's not the most comprehensive holocaust museum you'll see but if you want to get educated about the holocaust and live in the area it's a good opportunity, especially since the entrance is donation based.
Super nice staff, I remember Judy and Sydney but pretty much everyone there was super nice and helpful.
Free parking near pan pacific park, and super close to the grove so you can combine with a visit there .

I had the honor of visiting the museum. The entrance is free but a small donation of $10 is petitioned, which is a small price considering the amount of information present. I tend to take pictures but due to the history behind the event decided to not take them. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous, including the security staff. Overall the museum has several galleries that show you the beginning, middle, and the end of the holocaust period, however, it allows you to delve deeper into that period by giving you items, paperwork, pictures, letters of those that endured it, perished, and survived it. The museum accomplishes what it was designed to do, remember the time period the many good turned a blind eye.

This places fun to go to because of all the beautiful artifacts. The staff is also really amazing! Something that I find really interesting about this place is that they have some of the artifacts that is in Auschwitz. There is also a lot that this museum offers to the community around it. They have summer programs for youth to express themselves creatively and still educate the people there! Also I’m really great thing is that there is a beautiful park right next to the museum! I am beyond grateful to have access to such and amazing place and educational as well.

I came to this museum 20 years ago with my classmates from High School and Teacher. We all learned more about the history of the Holocaust. There were photos that I can remember and books. I do remember that all the staff there was helpful and very friendly. I’d love to go again. I’ll definitely add pictures next time I go there. It’s an educational yet in a way paying our respects to all the victims. Carl Hayden High School attended with Ms. Kenley Year 1999

This is a really good, remarkable museum. There is a ton of information and artifacts! You will learn things you didn't know before. Really powerful exhibits. As others have stated, it's free (donation recommended) and they give you an audio player guide for free as well. The people who work there are really nice too. I recommend everyone take a trip here at least once.

I have done so many amazing programs with this Museum, and every time I learn something new. I love all the kind and welcoming survivors, who are so open and loving. Would definitely recommend, but give yourself time, this museum is self guided, and there are hours' worth of information to select from

I just visited the Holocaust Museum today, and it is remarkable. For the survivors to donate artifacts, personal stories of resilience, we must not forget these atrocities and pass down this history for the next generation. My personal favorite is the memorial for the children that have perished. That memorial hold place in my heart for those innocent children. Definitely would recommend anyone to visit the Holocaust Museum and please donate!

This museum is an amazing auditory tour throughout aspects of or that contributed to the holocaust. It was humbling, powerful, and haunting specially given the current climate of American politics.

Interesting stories about refugees lead our group into discussions on today’s issues and concerns using history as our guide to try to learn from our past.

It is free operating on donations only, earphones provided but it isn’t a bad idea to bring your own as when they are busy they may run low.

Parking garage is kinda hidden, but follow signs and don’t be afraid your in the right place.

This museum is somewhat "hidden" next to the Pan Pacific park. I had been to this park before but didn't notice the museum in the past! In any case this is an awesome and informative museum about the horrors of the holocaust. The audio guide is especially good and there are more narratives than you can listen in 3 or 4 hours! There are tons of videos, photos, personal articles and models depicting what life was like during this dark period in history.

So this museum is right across from The Grove. Just so you know the parking and admission is FREE. The parking lot has a gate, so you have to hit a button to buzz the place and they'll ask you how many people are coming, then they'll open the gate for you to come in. The parking underground is plentiful. After you park your car and get out to your car, you take the elevator up to the museum. They offer you an audio and headphones, which I recommend you taking (don't worry its FREE also). You get to visit through the 9 exhibits and your audio device comes in handy so you can hear the information and hear what other people had to say about their experience. It is a good educational experience. The whole exhibit takes about over an hour to complete. If you end up taking the time and listening to every audio clip, it may take a few hours.
