Awesome place, set aside a couple of hours at the very least, wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes. Still require mask but no biggie. Lots of parking and clean well stocked facilities. Pictures of a few on what's on exhibit... Gotta see them in person to really appreciate the beauties!

Exceeded every expectation, if you like cars it's worth a trip. The Vault is better than the whole museum so get the vault access pass! Staff were incredibly knowledgeable and polite as well.

It was pretty good, you get access to 3 floors filled with all kinds of cars and bikes. Definitely would recommend, the only thing I didn’t like was that you have to pay an extra 25 bucks to get access to “The Vault”. There’s more and cooler cars tho. Maybe next time!!

Fyi, parking is available next to the museum the cost is 21 dlls

This is a fun day. A large variety of cars. Thr F1 cars were impressive. The had many high end sport cars as seen in the pictures. Some James bond cars from the movies, batman car, back to the future DeLorean car. You can drive a digital race car that is real fun. You can also visit the vault for another 200 priceless cars. I would recommend this museum.

Really cool, well kept museum of amazing cars. Good information about each, when available. Wouldn't hurt to have more interactive exhibits, but not sure what that would look like. We had a great time

Pretty cool amazing cars and famous automobiles. The Bond collection was particularly impressive. Other famous cars, unfortunately the Mach 5 was in the vault $25.00 extra to see

WOW! What a great place. I spent 3 hours there and I can still see all these beautiful cars. The museum is well organized, iconic car models complete with information. The service is great, nice and helpful. A wonderful experience. I recommend it to everyone at any age.

Tickets were about $17 per person. We spent about 1.5-2 hours here, going at a slower pace. There are 3 floors of cars to see.
We really enjoyed ourselves! My favorite was the top floor, but everything was nice. There were even a few boats which was unexpected. There is also a pretty cool race car room that I surprisingly liked, as well.
Whether you have an interest in cars or not, I think it’s something that everyone can enjoy!

Great museum if you're a car nut, but still fun if you're not. Lots of F1 and modern super cars. Some vintage cars too. They had a big display of famous movie cars including James Bond, Ghostbusters, Batman, etc. Takes an hour or so to walk thru.
At the time we visited the admission price for seniors was $15, which is fair. However, to see the vault collection was an additional $25. If you need parking that was another $21, so the cost adds up fast.

I don't know much at all about cars but this place was a neat museum to walk through. Several cars were newly added and lacked signage of what they were. They have workers you can ask though. You can spend a lot or a little time here. It was only my husband and I and it was really cool to see all of the cars from movies and racing cars up close, old cars, new cars, prototypes, etc. Bond in Motion was my favorite part.

Fantastic collection of vehicles. Entry to The Vault is a must at an additional $25 per person. Expensive but really good collection of iconic cars and cars owned by celebrities like the first Ferrari driven by the man himself (insured for $60M), Fred Astaire's Rolls Royce as well as cars driven by and owned by that great actor/man and racing driver Steve McQueen.

This was an incredible treat! Knowledgeable docents brimming with interesting car facts and great stories. The 007 room was so fun. I am not really a car lover but I was wowed out of my mind. Great, Great morning for the family!

A treat for husbands.

Took 2+ hours to walk around and enjoy some beautiful, timeless and exotic cars here. We were lucky that there was a Bond exhibition as we just finished a mini Bond movie marathon.

He enjoyed it more than I did and that's what matters!

Our kids say their dad changes cars like he changes his underwear so saying he's a car lover is an understatement. He loved the Petersen Museum & thought it was one of the coolest places I've taken him. We both recommend

What a fantastic place to check out while in LA! Maybe a bit more exciting if you’re a car enthusiast! The museum has countless of great cars from classic to supercars and vehicles of different uses. It showcases innovation on how cars developed from the early days to present. One of my favourite ones was the Bond in Motion, where they showcased a few of the vehicles that were used in a few of the James Bond movies. Overall a great attraction and worth it for their $17 admission!

The Peterson is first class in every way, I go twice a year or more if possible and it's ever changing.
Go on the vault tour. It's worth it.
One of my favorite museums ever and I'm going to have to buy a membership pass.

What a dream come true. I know how the make a wish kids feel now. This place is the most magical place on earth. The collection was just outstanding. I can't say enough good things about this place. I had the time of my life and it was perfect day! I'm a car guy, and the gift shop was just tremendous. If you love autos you'll love this museum!

Visited the Petersen back in July. Fantastic experience for any car enthusiast. Three floors of historic, exotic, and famous vehicles, all from different eras and backgrounds. Underground, one can also experience the Vault, which is toured with a guide. Although I wish the Vault was self toured, I still enjoyed learning about the history behind some of the vehicles down there. Overall awesome museum that I suggest going to if you are ever in LA.

Gorgeous cars all over. Hundreds of them. Historic cars from movies, race cars, early made card, super cars and electric cars. All around great museum for car lovers. I wish the cars in the vault would have better presentation but there a 60 min tour that's very nice. Now there's a James Bond exhibition that's really nice and has a lot of cars and other vehicles.

Awesome place! I’d suggest planning on an hour here. More if you really like to read the history notes, I was able to do it all in 45 min but kinda had to rush through. Plan for more than an hour if you buy the vault access. Probably worth upgrading to the vault if you’re really into cars. A lot of the cars I saw on google photos were in the vault. Great for little guys, they have an awesome gift shop with great toys and souvenirs
