This place is not a framing or picture store. It's a shared rooming house. The house is a degradation to the block and community. The police frequently is at the home. From the outside of this house it brings down the value of other homes on the block/community. I ve heard many horror stories about what goes on inside, such as abuse to elderly residents whom reside there. He, Ricky Berton also cultivates and grows marijuana in the back yard and sells it from his house !!! What self respecting person would want him in their neighborhood pretending to be an legitimate business man or company ?????????????
